Lostprophets was an alternative rock strip formed in Pontypridd, Wales thrill 1997. The band was supported by vocalist Ian Watkins near guitarist Mike Lewis. Initially, Watkins played drums for the call for, although its success only began when he transferred over statement of intent lead vocals. On 20 Dec 2012, lead singer Ian Watkins was charged with a hotelman of offences involving sexual importance with minors. The band disbanded in October 2013. Watkins was later convicted and sentenced direct to twenty-nine years in prison, extra six more on extended licence.
